              We currently ship throughout Australia with the following estimated delivery timeframes:

                - Regional areas: 5-7 business days
 
              
              We use Australia Post Express for all plant deliveries. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Currently, we don't ship internationally due to agricultural restrictions and to ensure plant health.
             
           
          
          
            
              What is your return policy for plants?
              
            
            
              We stand behind the quality of our plants with our 14-day guarantee:
              
                - If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
 
                - We'll promptly replace the plant or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
 
                - For plants that decline within 14 days despite proper care, we offer a one-time replacement.
 
                - Non-plant items can be returned in original packaging within 30 days.
