            We stand behind the quality of our plants with our 14-day guarantee:
            
              - If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos documenting the condition.
 
              - If a plant shows signs of decline within 14 days of delivery despite following our care instructions, we will provide a one-time replacement or refund.
 
              - Our guarantee covers the plant's health upon arrival and during the initial adjustment period but does not cover damage due to improper care, extreme weather events, or pest infestations that occur after delivery.
 
            
            
            2. Plant Returns
            
            2.1. Damaged or Unhealthy Plants
            If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy:
            
              - Take clear photos of the plant and any packaging damage within 48 hours of delivery.
 
              - Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and photos.
 
              - Our plant specialists will evaluate your claim and provide instructions for next steps.
 
              - Do not discard or return the plant until instructed to do so, as we may request additional information.
 
            
            
            2.2. Plants That Decline After Delivery
            If your plant begins to decline within 14 days despite proper care:
            
              - Take clear photos showing the plant's condition.
 
              - Contact our customer service team with your order number, photos, and a description of the care you've provided.
 
              - Our plant specialists will work with you to troubleshoot and determine if the plant qualifies for replacement or refund.
 
            
            
            2.3. Non-Qualifying Plant Returns
            We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for plants in the following circumstances:
            
              - The plant has been in your possession for more than 14 days.
 
              - The plant's decline is due to improper care, inadequate light, over or underwatering, or pest infestations that occurred after delivery.
 
              - The plant was damaged by extreme weather conditions during or after delivery when left unattended.
 
              - Returns based solely on preference or appearance when the plant is otherwise healthy.
 
              - Plants that have been repotted, pruned, or otherwise altered after delivery.
 
            
            
            3. Non-Plant Product Returns
            For non-plant items such as pots, care kits, tools, and accessories:
            
              - Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.
 
              - Products must be in new, resalable condition.
 
              - Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
 
              - Defective or damaged non-plant products will be replaced or refunded at our expense.
 
            
            
            4. Return Process

              - For approved claims without requiring a return (primarily for plants), refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of claim approval.
 
              - For returned non-plant items, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
 
              - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
 
              - Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or defective items.
 
            
            
            5.2. Refund Options
            We offer the following refund options:
            
              - Full refund to original payment method
 
              - Store credit (with an additional 10% bonus)
 
              - Replacement of the same product

            6. Membership Plant Deliveries
            For plants received as part of our Night Garden Membership program:
            
              - The same 14-day guarantee applies to all membership plants.
 
              - If a membership plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, we will replace it with the same or similar plant in the next available shipment.
 
              - Members may skip a quarterly plant delivery by notifying us at least 14 days before the scheduled shipping date.
 
              - Membership fees are non-refundable, but the service can be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges.
